Hang Quach is a highly experienced clinical haematologist and researcher, currently serving as the Director of Clinical Haematology and Clinical Haematology Research at St. Vincent's Hospital Melbourne since December 2019. In addition to this role, Hang Quach co-chairs the Myeloma Working Group at the Australasian Leukaemia & Lymphoma Group and serves as Deputy Chair of the Myeloma Scientific Advisory Group to Myeloma Australia. Hang Quach is also a member of the International Myeloma Working Group and holds the title of Associate Professor at the University of Melbourne. Since 2013, Hang Quach has been a Councillor for the Specialist Medical Review Council (Myeloma) to the Australian Department of Veterans Affairs. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Melbourne, obtained between 1994 and 1999. Previous experience includes roles at various prestigious institutions such as Monash Medical Centre and Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, contributing to significant advancements in myeloma research and clinical practice.
