Lindsey Fritz is a skilled mountain guide with extensive experience in outdoor education and leadership. Currently serving as a Mountain Guide at International Mountain Guides since April 2022, Lindsey has previously worked as an Outdoor Instructor for both the Boys and Girls Outdoor Leadership Development and the Colorado Outward Bound School, focusing on alpine backpacking courses for youth. Additional roles include yoga instruction, organic farming, and research assistance at Penn State University, where data on public health and opioid use in Appalachia was analyzed. Lindsey holds a degree in Human-Environment Geography from Penn State University and has developed a strong background in outdoor skills, logistics planning, and community engagement through diverse experiences in the outdoor and agricultural sectors.
