Tewodaj Mogues is a Senior Economist and Technical Assistance Advisor at the International Monetary Fund since October 2018 and a Senior Research Fellow at the International Food Policy Research Institute since January 2014. Tewodaj earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Agricultural Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 1998 and 2005.
