Jean Timmerman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality control and project management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Quality Control Analyst at International Medical Group since November 2004, Jean is responsible for creating and maintaining training modules, as well as communicating process updates to various teams. Previously, Jean worked as a Project Manager for Eli Lilly & Company, overseeing secure libraries for confidential drug formulas and assisting in FDA audits. Prior roles at Electronic Data Systems included Third Party Liability Supervisor for Indiana Medicaid, where Jean managed Call and Subrogation Representatives, conducted employee evaluations, and developed processes to assist in legal proceedings related to maternity care expenses. Jean also served as a TPL Supervisor at EDS from 1994 to 1999.
