Denise Wandel is an experienced compensation professional currently serving as the Deputy Director of Compensation at International Medical Corps since October 2022. With a solid background in compensation and human resources, Denise has held key positions such as Senior Compensation Consultant at UL Solutions, Senior Director of Compensation at 99 Cents Only Stores, and Senior Manager of Compensation & HRIS at Orora Packaging Solutions. Previously, Denise contributed to AECOM as Corporate VP of Compensation, overseeing global compensation programs.
