Audrey Seger Sprain has an extensive work experience in various roles across different organizations. Audrey currently works at International Medical Corps as the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Public Health Institute where they held multiple roles including Senior Director of Operations, Facility Security Officer (FSO), Director of Operations, Director of Grants & Contracts, Deputy Director Of Operations, and Senior Contracts Analyst. Audrey also worked at Tetra Tech as the Business and Compliance Manager and Business Manager. Earlier in their career, they worked at Mercy Corps as a Regional Finance and Compliance Officer, at John Snow, Inc. (JSI) as a Regional Operations Director, Program Manager, and Project Coordinator, at USAID as an International Programs Fellow, and at AEON as an English Second Language Instructor.

From 1994 to 1998, Audrey Seger Sprain attended Lawrence University, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government.

In addition to their formal education, they have also acquired additional certifications. In June 2021, they obtained the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) certification from the NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR COMMUNITY BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE. Furthermore, in October 2019, they earned the Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification from the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE).
