Raad's extensive experience at CNN includes roles such as President of CNN International Commercial, Chief Commercial Officer, and Senior Vice President & Managing Director for the Middle East, Africa & Turkey. Educational background includes a BS in Television, Radio, Film from S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and earlier studies at American University of Beirut and Choueifat.
