Xavier R. has extensive experience in the water sports industry, particularly in kiteboarding, where Xavier serves as a Training Specialist for the International Kiteboarding Organization since 2003, focusing on content updates and the training and certification of kiteboarding professionals. Prior experience includes roles as a cinematographer from 2010 to 2017, capturing high-definition moments, co-owner of XGM Ltd involved in water sports equipment distribution, and co-founder of the GWA Greek Wakeboard and Kitesurfing Association, which promotes extreme sports in Greece. Additional entrepreneurial endeavors include managing Kite Square and co-owning the SKC snow kite center. Xavier's background also encompasses positions in finance, such as Financial and Administrative Director at Lyda S.A., Corporate Officer at Société Générale, and Credit Analyst at CCF, complemented by a postgraduate degree in Financial Management from the University of London.
