Lisa Allan currently serves as the Secretary General and Executive Committee Member of the International Judo Federation, where responsibilities also include Events Director since January 2013. Prior experience includes the role of Sports Director at SportAccord from October 2013 to July 2015 and Judo Manager for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, overseeing the organization of judo competitions. Additionally, Lisa Allan held the position of Partnership Manager at sportscotland from March 2005 to September 2009. Academically, Lisa Allan earned a PhD in Bioorganic Chemistry from The University of Edinburgh following education at James Gillespies High School in Edinburgh.
