Kim Dahl is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the dairy industry, currently serving as a Senior Designer at IFF since January 2021. Prior experience includes a significant role as a Senior Application Specialist in Dairy at Dupont Nutrition and Health from August 2011 to February 2021, where responsibilities encompassed food ingredients, product development, project management, customer support, and technical literature writing. Kim also held various positions at DUAB, Chr. Hansen A/S, and The Danish Dairy Association, showcasing a strong foundation in production, administration, and customer engagement, along with expertise in ISO and HACCP standards. Kim holds a Master’s Degree in Dairy Science and Technology from KU Life and DTU, completed between 2005 and 2010, complemented by earlier education at Kold College.
