Charles Caligiuri is a highly experienced professional in the food science and flavor development industry, currently serving as a Principal Scientist at International Flavors and Fragrances since May 2006. Prior to this role, Charles worked as a Senior Seasoning Flavorist at International Flavors & Fragrances and held the position of Senior Food Technologist and Manager of the Meat Applications Laboratory at ConAgra Foods from September 2001 to May 2006. Charles also gained valuable experience as a Senior Food Technologist at Chr. Hansen A/S from 1995 to 2001. Charles holds a Master's degree in Food Science from Rutgers University, completed between 2006 and 2014, a Bachelor of Science degree from Excelsior University, earned from 1993 to 1995, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Food Technology and Processing from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville, obtained from 1979 to 1982.
