Glazel Nino possesses extensive experience in client operations and business management, currently serving as Team Lead Business Operations at International Financial Data Services (IFDS) since July 2021. Prior roles at IFDS included Senior Client Operations Specialist and Client Operations Specialist. Before joining IFDS, Glazel Nino worked at CIBC from September 2014 to July 2021, transitioning through various positions, including Financial Service Associate, Financial Services Representative, Manager of Client Experience, and Assistant Manager. Earlier experience at CIBC included a Financial Service Associate role from October 2012 to June 2013. Glazel Nino holds a college diploma in Hotel Management from George Brown College, earned between 2004 and 2006.
