Diana Lotfi is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel at International Education Corporation since April 2021, Diana Lotfi provides legal advice, drafts and negotiates agreements, manages litigation, represents the company in mediations and hearings, and oversees insurance and intellectual property portfolios. Prior to this role, Diana Lotfi was a Partner at Foran Glennon Palandech Ponzi & Rudloff from November 2009 to April 2021, focusing on civil litigation with an emphasis on complex commercial transactions and product defects. Diana Lotfi holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a Bachelor's degree from UC Irvine.
