Carissa Merritt, CMP, CSEP, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Conferences and Events at the International Economic Development Council since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Conference Planner & Development Manager at Chesapeake Health Education Program, Inc. from April 2018 to January 2023, Event Program Manager at the Immune Deficiency Foundation from June 2015 to April 2018, and Special Events Manager as well as Client Services Coordinator at The Enterprise Center from April 2005 to June 2015. Carissa Merritt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
