PAROMITA DATTA is an experienced professional in monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning, currently serving as an Expert at iDE (International Development Enterprises) since March 2020. Prior roles include ME&L Officer at Practical Action Bangladesh from March 2017 to March 2020, and a Humanitarian Trainee with Save the Children International from February 2016 to January 2017, where involvement in emergency response projects took place. Earlier experiences include a fellowship with ActionAid in participatory monitoring, evaluation, and learning, as well as an internship focused on gender analysis with CARE Bangladesh. PAROMITA DATTA holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Humanitarian Operations from Oxford Brookes University, a Master’s Degree in Sociology from South Asian University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Economics, and Sociology from Jyoti Nivas College, along with a high school education at Viqarunnisa Noon College.
