Marvellous Chansa is an experienced project manager currently with iDE (International Development Enterprises) since May 2022. Prior to this, Marvellous held various positions including Project Coordinator and Business Development Specialist at Caritas Czech Republic, where responsibilities involved leading projects focused on business operationalization and sustainability for companies in value chains. Marvellous also served as Senior Business Advisor and Business Advisor at Prime Consulting International Ltd, contributing to the Zambia Dairy Transformation Program by enhancing market participation and productivity for SMEs and smallholder farmers. Other roles include Program Manager for Oxfam's Gender Enterprise Markets, District Coordinator at Zambia Land Alliance, and Food Security & Economic Development Facilitator at World Vision - Zambia. Marvellous holds an MBA from the University of Zambia and degrees in Economics, Agricultural Business Management, and Project Management.
