Hilda Alhassan has extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, research, and empowerment initiatives, particularly within the context of international development. Currently serving as the Director of MERL at iDE since November 2016, Hilda also chairs the iDEmpowerment Network, which focuses on empowering women in the iDE Ghana office. Previous roles include Head of Evidence & Analytics and various positions related to measurement, impact, and learning. Hilda's expertise encompasses report writing, data analysis, and coordination of data collections. Prior experience includes advocacy work with INTAGRAD and research assistance for Innovations for Poverty Action, alongside an academic background with a Master's degree in Measurement and Evaluation from the University of Cape Coast and a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Development Studies from the University for Development Studies.
