Ulpjana R. currently serves as the Stewardship and Donor Events Manager at the International Crisis Group since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Programme Officer and Programme Assistant at the Democratic Progress Institute from March 2018 to May 2022, and as Office and Events Assistant at Anthony Bailey Consulting from March 2016 to March 2018. Ulpjana held the position of Executive Assistant at Bindi ShPK for the year 2015 and completed research internships at both the Ministry of European Integration and the Democratic Progress Institute in 2015 and 2014, respectively. Early internships were completed with UNODC in 2013 and the National Territorial Planning Agency in 2012. Uljpana R. holds a Master's degree in Conflict, Security and Development from King's College London and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Queen Mary University of London.
