Ashley Catalano is an experienced professional in global compensation and benefits management, currently serving as the International Compensation and Benefits Manager at the International Crisis Group since 2013. Prior to this role, Ashley gained project management experience at ING Belgium and contributed to corporate sponsorship initiatives at Brussels Expo. As a Program Coordinator at The Fletcher School at Tufts University, Ashley supported senior administration and coordinated executive education programs. Earlier experience includes working in foreign exchange operations at Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking. Ashley holds an MBA from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and a BA in Communications and International Business from Loyola University Maryland, with further education from KU Leuven.
