Wayne Ward has over three decades of experience in quality management and military service. Since October 1992, Wayne has served as the Manager of Quality at International Crankshaft Inc., demonstrating expertise in maintaining organizational standards and improving product quality. Prior to this role, Wayne was a Sergeant E-5 in the Army Active Duty and Army National Guard from July 1987 to June 1994, where leadership and discipline were essential. Currently, Wayne is furthering education at Kentucky Community Technical Colleges, a pursuit that began in 2007.
