Tirza Mol is a skilled conservator of furniture and shipmodels at Rijksmuseum. They also serve as the Ambassador of Diversity & Inclusion at the same institution. Tirza has a vast experience working as a freelance in art handling and collection care at various museums such as Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam, Kröller-Müller Museum, EYE national museum for film, and Rijksmuseum. Apart from their work in the museum sector, Tirza is also actively involved as a board member and secretary in organizations like Rietveld Schröder Huis and ICOM. Tirza holds a Master's degree in conservation and restoration from the University of Antwerp and a Master's degree in social psychology from the University of Amsterdam.
