Elaine Weigelt, MPH, currently serves as the Community Services Manager at International Community Health Services, overseeing operations for programs including School-based Health Services, the Patient Navigator Program, and Mobile Dental Services. Prior to this role, Elaine managed community outreach initiatives for the University of Pennsylvania, liaising with community partners and coordinating fieldwork experiences for MPH students.
