Alicia Hullinger, PhD, currently serves as Executive Director and VP of the ICF Thought Leadership Institute at the International Coaching Federation since June 2017, following a role as Senior Research Analyst. Prior to this, Alicia founded Consulting for PLACE, LLC, and worked as a Research Consultant at The Land Institute between 2017 and 2019. Alicia's academic experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at the University of Kentucky from August 2011 to May 2017, along with a Research Internship at the Kentucky Department of Agriculture in late 2011. Early career roles include Senior Enrollment Counselor at Capella University, Sales Associate at the American Red Cross Minnesota Region, Member Services Supervisor at YMCA of Greater Saint Paul, and Program Manager at EchoStar Satellite Services L.L.C. Educational qualifications include a PhD and a Master’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire.
