Luisa Tesch Cataldo is a seasoned Programme Manager currently employed at International Child Development Initiatives (ICDI) since February 2022. Prior roles at ICDI included Junior Programme Manager and Intern. Luisa has contributed to various research and evaluation projects, including serving as a Research Assistant for a qualitative study on youth leaving residential care in Chile at Centro de Estudios Justicia y Sociedad, and as a Study Coordinator for the Chilean Department of Adoption at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Luisa's experience also encompasses field coordination for residential care program evaluations and educational consulting, alongside internships focusing on school leadership and therapy for recovering addicts. Luisa holds a Master of Science in Social Policy and Public Health from Utrecht University, a Graduate Diploma in Childhood and Public Policy from Universidad de Chile, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
