Towfique Ahmed is a barrister at The Honourable Society of the Middle Temple since August 2016, specializing in legal advocacy. In addition to being a faculty member at American International University-Bangladesh since January 2018, Towfique is also a senior associate at Bangladesh Law Partners BDLP, focusing on contract vetting, artist management, and media law consultancy. Towfique is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a young member of the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Centre, and an independent arbitrator with E-Arbitrator. Membership in various professional organizations, including the Asian Law Students' Association and the Child Abduction Lawyers Association, reflects Towfique's active engagement in legal communities. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws in Business Law from the University of Derby and ongoing studies in Medical Law and Ethics at The University of Law, complemented by certificates from the University of Oxford and University of Cambridge.
