Dr. Nizar F. Najd is an accomplished professional specializing in arbitration, mediation, and criminal law, currently serving as an Expert & Commissioner at the International Centre for Dispute Resolution since January 2020. In addition, Dr. Najd holds the position of Général Secretary at UPEL and has been an Academic Advisor at AHED since January 2014, along with contributing as an Academic Specialist at the Lebanese Center for Criminal Studies and Social Research and serving as the Judicial Head Assistant at the Investigation Department in Mount Lebanon. With extensive experience at the Ministry of Justice since June 1990, Dr. Najd possesses a strong academic foundation, including an Honorary Doctorate in Organized Crime and Criminal Science and multiple diplomas in International Relations, Criminalistics, and International Law from prestigious institutions.
