Salwa El Gantri is the Head of Tunisia office at the International Center for Transitional Justice. Salwa has also held positions at organizations such as The Egyptian Initiative for Personal Rights, The Arab Institute for Human Rights, Al Kawakibi Democracy Transition Center, and Freedom House. Salwa specializes in Gender and Transitional Justice and has a Master's degree in International Law and Legal Studies from the University of Tunis El Manar.
