Rowena Kakilala, M.C. is an experienced professional in donor relations and resource development, currently serving as the Director Of Donor Relations at International Care Ministries since 2017. Prior to this role, Rowena held the position of Direct Marketing Manager at Habitat For Humanity Philippines, where various direct marketing campaigns were implemented to raise resources. Rowena also worked as the Resource Development Manager for CBN Asia, establishing a network of supporters and developing regional fundraising programs. Additionally, Rowena founded BLESS, Philippines, serving as the Director from 2003 to 2012, and successfully created a nationwide network for a literacy program. Rowena holds a Master’s degree in Communications from Polytechnic University of the Philippines and a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Administration/Management from San Sebastian College - Recoletos de Manila.
