Nikolina Koljčević began their work experience in 2017 as a Guest Services Coordinator at Stowe Mountain Lodge. In 2019, they interned at Daily Press, Biznis Akademija before joining AT&T as a Customer Care Associate. Nikolina later transitioned to International Bridge, Inc. where they worked as a Customer Service Representative before being promoted to Account Manager in February 2022.

Nikolina Koljčević pursued their education beginning in 2010 at Gymnasium Slobodan Škerović, where they earned their High School diploma in General Studies in 2014. Following that, they attended the University of Montenegro from 2014 to 2019, where they earned their Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Political Sciences with a focus on International Relations. In 2017 to 2018, they also had the opportunity to study at Universidade Nova de Lisboa, specializing in International Relations and Affairs.
