Raphaël Dana is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in technology law, corporate/commercial, and data protection matters. Currently serving as the Officer of the Technology Law Committee at the International Bar Association and a Partner at both Equilateral.io and Dana Associés, Raphaël Dana specializes in regulatory compliance, software licensing, and emerging technology projects, including crypto and NFTs. Previous roles include Chair of the Young Lawyers Committee at the ITechLaw Association and Founding Partner at Frieh Associés, with a notable recognition as "Most Highly Regarded" and "Leading Lawyer" in Telecommunications Media & Technology and Data & TMT by Who’s Who Legal in 2018. Raphaël Dana holds a Bar exam qualification, ranking first, and a DJCE degree with honors in corporate law from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
