Mark Birch has over a decade of experience in operations and continuous improvement management, currently serving as Operations and CI Manager at IAC Group since January 2011. Prior roles at IAC Group include CI Manager and Shift Manager. Prior to this, Mark Birch worked at Tata Steel from December 2003 to December 2010, also in the capacity of Shift Manager.
