Katie Perry serves as the Managing Partner at Jamison Perry, LLC since December 2015, leading a full-service recruiting firm grounded in partnership, transparency, integrity, and passion. In this role, Katie generates new business opportunities, manages day-to-day operations, and develops strategies for growth while advocating for clients' needs and understanding candidates' career aspirations. Additionally, since September 2021, Katie holds the position of Director of Member Experience with the International Association of Women, focusing on enhancing the member experience and supporting local chapter growth. Previous experience includes technical recruiting roles at Volt Workforce Solutions and vtrIT, where Katie built client relationships, developed recruiting strategies, and made impactful business decisions. Educational credentials were obtained from Friends University.
