Karen O'Dell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in holistic health and wellness. Since January 2014, Karen has served as the Owner/Operator of Ancient Arts Health and Wellness and as a Holistic Therapist at Etheric Energies, focusing on psychotherapy, integrative wellness coaching, energy medicine, biofeedback, and guided imagery. Additionally, Karen has been a Home Health and Hospice Care Provider since March 2000. With qualifications including a PhD in Mind-Body Medicine from Saybrook University and various certifications in trauma counseling, healing touch, and bioelectrography, Karen also has experience as an intern case manager, security specialist, and EMT. Former military service as a Combat Medic further enriches Karen's diverse background in health and wellness.
