Sam Pintacura CMS, GISP, CIAO, has extensive experience in the field of assessment and mapping, currently serving as the National Senior Specialty Instructor for the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) since 2007. In addition, Sam Pintacura operates Sam Pintacura Consulting, specializing in 3D Legal Descriptions and Tax Maps since November 2002. Prior roles include serving as a Cadastral Analyst and Deputy Supervisor of Assessments in Kane County, Illinois, from July 2005 to August 2023, and as Manager-Director at the Cook County Assessor's Office from 1975 to 2002. Sam Pintacura holds a BA in Geology and Psychology from Northern Illinois University and an Associate of Arts degree in Music and Psychology from Harper College.
