Linda Phillips has extensive experience in public service and assessment, currently serving as Assessor for Tippecanoe County since 2011 and previously holding the same position from 2003 to 2014. In addition to their assessing roles, Linda Phillips has contributed to increasing voter participation in Indiana by introducing Vote Centers. Linda Phillips also played a key role in the Indiana host committee for the 2015 IAAO Conference. Prior to their work in county government, Linda Phillips served as Secretary/Treasurer at Jones & Phillips Associates from 1981 to 2010. Linda Phillips holds a Master of Science in Management and a Master of Business Administration from Purdue University.
