Gretchen Meller is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and vaccine development. Currently serving as Senior Director of Project Management and Project Director of Vaccine Development at IAVI since September 2017, Gretchen has previously held key roles at Valence Consulting, Providence Health & Services, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Swedish Medical Center, and Targeted Genetics. With a strong educational background that includes a Ph.D. in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Virginia and various certificates in program management and executive development, Gretchen specializes in portfolio management, strategy development, and grant management in the field of vaccines.
