Amy Lynch, JD, MS, MPH, serves as Senior Legal Counsel at IAVI since January 2022. Previously, Amy held the position of Vice President of Legal and Compliance at the Institute for Advanced Clinical Trials for Children from May 2018 to December 2021 and also worked as Contracts Counsel. Prior to that, Amy was a Regulatory Affairs - IND Manager at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) from April 2015 to May 2018, where responsibilities included serving as the Sponsor's Authorized Representative for INDs related to global HIV and tuberculosis clinical trials. Earlier roles include Clinical Trials Agreements Specialist at the Henry M. Jackson Foundation and Regulatory Affairs Consultant at Global BioPharm Solutions. Amy's early career included Clinical Research Management at Children's National Medical Center. Educational credentials include a JD from Georgetown University Law Center, an MPH from Tufts University School of Medicine, an MS from Boston University, and a Bachelor's degree from Carson-Newman University, along with study at Randolph-Macon Woman's College in the UK.
