Matt Gardner is an experienced Special Education Teacher at Intermediate District 287 since September 2010. Gardner holds a Master of Arts in Special Education with a focus on Teaching-Autism from Concordia University-St. Paul, and a Bachelor of Arts in Special Education EBD/SLD from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Additionally, Gardner has coaching experience, having served as the Shakopee Legion Baseball Coach from June 2015 to August 2020 and as a coach for 9th/10th Grade Football and Junior High Baseball at Shakopee Public Schools from August 2014 to June 2019. Early education includes an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Madison Area Technical College and further studies at Southwest Minnesota State University.
