Javier Ruiz Sierra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in network operations and IT services. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Network Operations at Intermedia since August 2019, Javier has been with Telax (acquired by Intermedia) since April 2005, where the role includes Network Infrastructure and IT Services Engineer. Earlier experience includes a position as Production Manager and Laptop Break-fix team lead at Nexicore Services from June 2005 to May 2009. Javier holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Polytechnic University (ISPJAE), Havana, and another Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile/Automotive Specialty from the same institution, alongside additional training at the MetaSwitch Training Center in Denver, CO.
