Lauren Rawlins is currently serving as the Associate Creative Director - Motion at IMA-HOME, overseeing a team of 400 creative specialists. Prior to this role, Lauren worked as a Senior Art Director and Art Director at The Gate Films. With a background in Fashion Brand Management from the University of Central Lancashire, Lauren's work has been featured in The Drum and Advertising Week Europe.
