Darlene Nerden has a diverse work experience that spans over several decades. Darlene began their career at DuPont in 1989 as a Systems Analyst, where they worked for five years until 1994. Following that, they joined MRO Software in 1995 as a Senior Technical Support Engineer and remained there for over a decade until 2006. At IBM, Darlene served as a Maximo Support Engineer from 2006 until 2022, gaining considerable expertise in this role. Currently, they are employed at Interloc Solutions as an Operations Engineer, starting in August 2022.

Darlene Nerden attended Northeastern University from 1984 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
