Grant Glading has extensive work experience in various roles within the software and IT industry. Grant started their career as a Help Desk Analyst at Lloyds Banking Group in 1988. Grant then worked at Bank of America as an Associate Systems Engineer, where they focused on mainframe systems automation and data center operation. After that, they joined MAXM Systems as a Systems Engineer, where they gained valuable experience in pre-sales and implementations.
Grant later joined BMC Software and held two positions: R&D Manager and European Product Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for the development of integrations and automation tools for PATROL Enterprise Manager, as well as field marketing and sales promotion in Europe.
In 2010, Grant joined G2 Marketing as a Director, and their responsibilities in this role are not provided.
Currently, Grant serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Interlink Software. Grant has been with the company since 2001 and is responsible for driving the business forward, expanding the customer base, and building a team of sales, pre-sales, and marketing talent.
