Maja Sandic currently serves as a Fachfrau Human Resources and Berufsbildnerin at Interkantonale Hochschule für Heilpädagogik Zürich since June 2023. Previously, Maja worked as an HR-Koordinatorin at Renault Suisse SA from September 2021 to March 2023 and gained experience as a Praktikantin in Human Resources during that time. Maja's earlier roles include Empfangsmitarbeiterin at Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz FHNW (July 2019 - July 2021), Kundendienstmitarbeiterin at Kantonales Steueramt Zürich (May 2018 - June 2018), and Praktikantin at Gemeinde Spreitenbach in the Department of Social Services and Resident Control (August 2016 - July 2017). Maja's initial experience in a corporate setting includes an internship at Swiss Re in April 2015. Maja holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and Change from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW (2017 - July 2021) and obtained a Matura from the Wirtschaftsmittelschule (2013 - 2016).
