Jen F. is an Information Security Cybersecurity Specialist with the Office of Inspector General at the U.S. Department of the Interior since August 2019. Prior to this role, Jen served as an IT Support Specialist at HDR from April 2015 to August 2019, providing technical support and systems administration to over 100 employees and remotely assisting 10,000 employees worldwide. Jen began professional experience as an Enrollment Service Representative at the University of Colorado Boulder from November 2010 to April 2015, where responsibilities included assisting with registration and maintaining student records. Jen also worked as an IT Technician during this time, managing user support and IT projects. Jen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder, obtained in 2014, and graduated from Cherokee Trail High School in 2010.
