Aditya Mehra is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and private equity. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at InterGlobe Enterprises since July 2022, Aditya previously founded InstaDraft.co and was an Equity Partner at KT Advisors LLP from September 2018 to June 2022. Aditya's prior roles include Counsel at Trilegal, Principal Associate at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, and Senior Associate positions at Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co and Trilegal, demonstrating a consistent focus on corporate legal matters since early career internships in 2008.
