Jake Van Alstyne has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Jake is currently working as a Senior Backend Engineer at Interfolio since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at Kantata from September 2017 to September 2022.
Before these roles, Jake held multiple positions as an iOS Developer. Jake worked at Munkee Apps from October 2015 to July 2017, where they were involved in iOS development, implemented original ideas, bug fixes, and feature enhancements for existing products. During their tenure, they played a key role in helping the Instasize app reach #6 in its category, built a video editor, and revamped the UI/UX.

Jake Van Alstyne attended the University of Utah from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. Following this, they pursued further education at the same institution, completing their Master of Science degree in Computing from 2010 to 2012.
