Yose Ramon has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as the TCD Assistant Manager for the West Area at PT. Eastern Pearl Flour Mills since September 2007, where responsibilities include supporting the sales team, developing and troubleshooting products, and engaging in local baking demonstrations. Prior to this role, Yose worked as a Chef de Partie at Hotel Sentral from May 2006 to September 2007, focusing on menu arrangement and product control. Additionally, a brief tenure as a Product Demonstrator at Unilever involved menu engineering and product demonstrations. Educational background includes a Bachelor in Hospitality Management from Trisakti Institute of Tourism, completed in 2004.
