Greg Long is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and digital transformation. Currently serving as the VP of Global HCM Enablement at Interface since May 2016, Greg leads efforts in Digital HR Transformation. Prior to this role, Greg held multiple positions at American Standard, including Vice President of Sales Operations, Channel Sales Leader for the Remodel/Install Channel, and Retail Operations Director, overseeing various aspects of sales operations. Experience also includes serving as Home Depot Sales Director at American Standard Brands and Business Development Manager, managing sales initiatives and freight efficiency. Earlier in their career, Greg worked at General Electric Lighting as a National Account Manager, focusing on sales to The Home Depot. Greg holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Florida.
