Earlier career highlights include a position as National Sales Manager at Imperial Press Direct, where management of a national sales team for the automotive advertising sector was key. Michael's career began at GTE in September 1993, progressing from Driver to Lead Installer/Splicer, followed by a transition to Kablelink Communications as Field Supervisor/Technician, demonstrating a strong foundation in both technical and managerial roles.
