Laura Cartabia is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager at Intercos since February 2023, overseeing HR management for the Cosmint S.p. Previously at Bosch Italia from October 2014 to January 2023, Laura held various roles including HR Business Partner at the EDiM plant, HR Project Leader focusing on global mobility policy implementation and digital tool management, and HR Generalist and Global Mobility Expert managing international assignments and employer branding activities. Early career experiences include teaching Italian in Germany and an internship in export sales. Laura holds an Executive Master in Human Resources Management from MeliusForm Business School and a Master's in Global Mobility from 24ORE Business School, alongside other degrees in foreign languages and literature from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and the University of Stuttgart.
